Its almost 3 months since I had my treatment in Poland on March 30 and I'm going out of town on June 30 so I thought I would go ahead and do a post now. A week or so ago I reported that I went out in 28 degree heat and had a problem getting my right leg to function properly. I thought that 28 degrees was going to be my heat threshold but today I was out in 30 degree heat riding my bike, walking the dogs and doing yard work and I was fine. Weird but good!
One thing I think I need to clarify for some is that the liberation treatment has made some huge positive changes in my MS. I am not, however, 100% currently. I am hoping that with time my myelin will heal and some of my symptoms will improve even more or completely go away. I didn't get these symptoms overnight nor do I expect them to leave overnight either. If I end up only being able to go outside if it's under 28 degress I will be happy! This is way more than I had prior to my treatment. Some days I feel better than others but I am optimistic that if I continue to take extra good care of myself I will eventually heal to the point where I can run a marathon in the Moroccan dessert!

ReplyDeleteI know exactly how you feel Ginger. Some good Some not so good but definitely better than before. I am able to do more in the heat too. 27 here yesterday and went for a walk in the park with my family. It was like I didnt have MS (except for my leg was a little off, but NOTHING compared to what it was)
You're right Ginger, it was overnight that we developed these nasty symptoms so it will take some time to feel improvements with some
things.
Chin up lil lady, stay strong.....love ya xox

ReplyDeleteGreetings Ginger:
You and/or your readers aare invited to read and share this information with anyone who has been diagnosed with any auto-immune disease.
My partner has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (2002). In early 2009 she purchased and read Ann Boroch’s book “Healing Multiple Sclerosis.” http://www.annboroch.com
Since the CCSVI (Chronic Cerebro-Spinal Venous Insufficiency) is not authorized as a treatment for multiple sclerosis in Canada, those afflicted with the disease are seeking alternative therapies, supplements etc.
During 2009, she had a few consultations with Ann Boroch. Ann educated my partner about the best quality of supplements and professional products and how to purchase them from companies located in the United States.
My partner followed Ann’s suggested protocol for one year - which required her to order various supplements and professional products from mail order companies located in the United States.
Over the course of the year, she did notice improvement in the symptoms attributed to multiple sclerosis. Without a doubt, the choice of foods and supplements and professional products suggested by Ann Boroch certainly helped to improve her physical health.
There were (and still are) problems with products being shipped into Canada from good sources like Vitacost in the United States. Routinely, there are back orders on some products and the delays are sometimes more than a month. Additionally, Customs routinely stops the orders and adds on broker fees plus taxes which must be paid upon delivery.
Because of these hurdles my partner and I keep looking for quality health and wellness products that we can access more easily here in Canada.
In January of 2010, I learned about the unique cellular food called “Vidacell.” After a few weeks of meticulous research I decided to try the product myself for optimal health maintenance and I invited my partner to try it also since there were noteworthy testimonials of other people diagnosed with multiple sclerosis who had shown improvement after consuming Vidacell.
Below at the links to 4 articles that I have written about Vidacell:

Thanks for this post, Ginger. It is so helpful in telling me I'm about to do the right thing. You are so brave to venture out into the unknown (at the time). You are such an inspiration! I also enjoyed finding out other things posted that may assist me in the search to wellness. I did not know you do physical therapy, and acupuncture! Good info! Thanks for the venture!
